Life is a gift from our Heavenly Father. You are alive today because God already had you in mind from the beginning of time. He knew the day you would be born. He knew exactly how you were going to look and how you were going to laugh and smile. God loves you; you are His beloved Creation.
The only way a life comes to be is through the creation of our Father God. No life is an accident. If this is something you have been told, God is telling you right now that you were made with a purpose. Your life matters.
Maybe you were almost an abortion or perhaps some things have happened in your life and you have had an abortion. God is saying, come to me and lay down all your hurt, rejection, and shame. He will heal your heart, heal your sins, and make you brand new. He is caring for the baby you never had and they are happy in the arms of Jesus. Your baby knows you and loves you so much, friend. It’s okay to come to Jesus and lay down your past regrets at His feet. Jesus doesn’t want you to hurt anymore.
Prayer of Release
If you had an Abortion…
I come humbly before your throne. I put myself under Your precious blood right now. You are my High Priest, Jesus. I repent of every abortion I have ever had. Forgive me, Jesus, for the life I took and cleanse me from this sin in the name of Jesus. Lord, heal my heart and fill me with Your love today. I bind the spirits of guilt and shame and I put them under the blood of Jesus. I am free.
Lord, thank You for caring for my baby. Thank You for washing me clean and giving me a fresh start in You! Lord, guide me and lead me. Use my experience and give me the strength to minister unto others, Jesus. Thank You for the freedom You have given me in Your presence. In Jesus name. Amen.
If you are an abortion survivor…
I come before you now and I thank you for saving my life. Father, I know that you have a plan for me. My life meant so much to you that you created me and saved me from the snares of death. I am alive because of you, Lord. Thank you for saving me.
Jesus, help me to forgive my mother and father who tried to abort me. Lord, help me to have mercy on them as you did with your murders at the Cross. You cried out, “Father, forgive them…they know not what they do.” Jesus, hear my heart right now. I cry the same cry as you did. Forgive my parents and help me to forgive as you do. I don’t want to hate them, but I want to have compassion and see them through your eyes, Jesus.
I come against all feelings of abandonment, rejection, hatred, bitterness, and anger in the name of Jesus. I go to the root of these spirits and I bind them and cast them out in Jesus name. I forgive those who have hurt me wholeheartedly. I am under the blood of Jesus Christ and I am free. I am loved and accepted. I am highly favored by my Father in Heaven. I am blessed beyond belief. I am a member of the biggest family—God’s family.
Your plans for me are greater than I can imagine. Help me to share my story with confidence. I am a miracle child and I live to serve you and bring you glory, Lord! I want my story to bless others and lift them up out of darkness. In Jesus name. Amen.
Scriptures About Creation
“Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you!”
Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court.
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.
From birth I was cast on you; from my mother’s womb you have been my God.
Did not he who made me in the womb make them? Did not the same one form us both within our mothers?
So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.
