- Laughter Miraculously Heals us
How can that be? Laughter has the power to heal us? Yes, it has been medically proven that laughter is a natural way to heal our bodies from sicknesses, diseases, and even emotional disorders.
- Natural Remedy for…Anything!
It is probably the most natural and healthy way to come at illnesses or negative feelings. Instead of taking prescribed or over-the-counter medications, open your mouth and laugh. Find a funny picture of you from years ago or watch a funny video. The important thing is to laugh audibly for all of your body to feel and hear.
- Supernatural Stress Reliever
Your stress level will drop from 100 to 0 when you’re laughing! If you feel that you need a break from everything that is worrying you in your life, step back and have a good laugh! So many sermons talk about how we need to laugh at the enemy’s schemes. Why? Because it removes the senses of worry and doubt that we tend to feel in those moments.
- Laughter is A Gift!
God has a great sense of humor! Imagine it, all of the funny people in the world have that gift of humor because God gave it to them. He knows how to have a good time!
We feel empowered by laughter, especially when we envision our Heavenly Father laughing on His throne. We can’t help but take part in the laughter as well as His beloved children!
Prayer for Joy
Dear Lord Jesus, I thank you for being my divine source of joy. I invite your Holy Presence into every dark area of my heart, mind, and soul. I completely give you all feelings of depression, sadness, disappointment, doubt and fear, and I ask that you replace it all, Lord, with your joy, light, and truth. I am under your Precious Blood right now.
Cleanse me and make me whole today.
In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
