Dear Lord Jesus,

What is Warfare?
Spiritual Warfare is a battle against the powers of the kingdom of darkness (Eph. 6:12). Just as Jesus faced Satan’s temptations in the wilderness (Matt. 4:1-11), we also face spiritual attacks in our daily lives. Through Jesus’ resurrection, we have been raised with Christ and seated in the seat of authority over darkness in heavenly places (Eph. 2:6). God has also given us his holy armor to battle the devil and crush his schemes (Eph. 6, Psalm 91).The authority we gain over Satan is through the power of declaring God’s holy Word, applying the blood of Jesus Christ to every situation, and declaring and believing in the word of our testimony (Rev. 12:11).
Signs of Warfare
- Weak Prayer Life (Struggling to Pray)
- Depressive Feelings & Thoughts
- Feeling Pressure & Oppression
- Experiencing Worry / Doubt / Fear
- Interrupted Sleep / Sleepless Nights
- Struggling in Relationships
- Overwhelming Feelings of Discouragement
“Why am I feeling the way that I feel?” “What’s the matter with me?”
Full Armor of God: “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. 19 Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.” Ephesians 6:10-18
Use the Blood of Jesus: “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.” Revelation 12:11
“So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.” Isaiah 59:19

“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses.” 2 Corinthians 10:3-4
“You made my enemies turn their backs in flight, and I destroyed my foes.” Psalm 18:40
“He gives his king great victories; he shows unfailing love to his anointed, to David and to his descendants forever.” Psalm 18:50

“I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.” Luke 10:19
“Then you will trample on the wicked; they will be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day when I act,” says the LORD Almighty. Malachi 4:3
“You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.” 1 John 4:4
“The Lord will rescue me from every evil deed, and will bring me safely to His heavenly kingdom; to Him be the glory forever and ever. Amen.” 2 Timothy 4:18
“But resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being accomplished by your brethren who are in the world. After you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself perfect, confirm, strengthen and establish you.” 1 Peter 5:9-10
Dear Lord Jesus, I declare that You are my high priest, and I am under your authority. I confess that I am a child of God through Your Blood, Jesus, that you shed at Calvary. I repent of all sins that stand between God and me _______________ (List any sins or open doors to the enemy in your life), and I completely surrender all that I am and have in my life to You. I cover myself with Your precious blood, Jesus. My battles are not against flesh and blood, but with the powers of darkness. But because You live in me, I am more than a conqueror.
I put the blood of Jesus between myself and the kingdom of darkness. I take a stand against all the works of Satan that would hinder me or God’s calling in my life and my family’s. Jesus, You are my firm foundation as I pray. According to Your word, Lord, I have been translated out of the kingdom of darkness and placed in Your holy kingdom.
Lord, anoint my tongue and strengthen my faith to break down the strongholds of the enemy. Father, I release your warring angels to help me fight against all demonic forces in my life right now. I stand firm in the Word of my God, giving me authority over the impure spirits in the heavenlies in Jesus’ name.
I bind every unclean, ungodly, and familiar spirit and cast each of them out of my life and the lives of my loved ones. I trample over every demonic power in the form of addiction, anger, bitterness, disease, depression, gossip, slandering, voodoo, witchcraft, etc. and cast them out of my life in the name of Jesus.
No weapon of the enemy formed against me shall prosper. According to Your word, Lord, I shall not be harmed by attacks of the enemy in Jesus’ name. I invoke the blood of Jesus against future attacks of Satan in my life. I put on the whole armor of God today.
I glorify You, Lord Jesus. Only You are worthy of all of the glory and praise. You have overcome the enemy and I claim that victory over my life today, in Jesus’ name. Help me to continuously walk and live in the Spirit of the Lord, so that I may always live holy and righteous for Your name’s sake, Jesus. Amen.
